A production-ready staging foundation for the TrouDigital control centre. It currently provides the official brand surface, database-backed health checking and an extensible deployment container. Operational fleet data will appear only when it comes from the verified persistence contracts.
Foundation capabilities

- Real health checking against the private PostgreSQL database.
- Journal-aware Drizzle migrations applied at container startup.
